CLIENT PROTECTION PRINCIPLES

Client protection principles are the main standards of service the client can expect when he or she applies to our Company.

In order to build long-term partnership with our clients, Microfinance Company “Elet-Capital” makes significant efforts and looks forward to gaining mutual trust, understanding and respect.

  • Principle No.1:

    Development and provision of corresponding products

    The company provides flexible and convenient loan products that correspond to the needs and capabilities of clients and are aimed at meeting the various needs of the client’s household and business.
  • Principle No.2:

    Prevention of over-indebtedness

    The company takes reasonable measures to ensure that loans are granted to people who are able to repay them, and that the loans provided do not expose borrowers to over-indebtedness.
  • Principle No.3:

    Transparency

    In order to avoid misunderstanding and ensure that the client makes informed and sound decisions, the Company provides all necessary data in oral and documented forms.
  • Principle No.4:

    Responsible price formation

    Prices, terms and conditions of crediting are set in such a way that they are both affordable for clients and financially sound for the Company.
  • Principle No.5:

    Fair and respectful attitude to clients

    The Company represented by its employees treats clients fairly and respectfully. We allow no discrimination. The management of the Company takes measures to ensure that corruption is detected and eliminated.

    Confidentiality of client data

    The Company complies with all regulatory and legal norms of the Kyrgyz Republic on client confidentiality.

    Mechanisms for complaint resolution

    Every complaint is taken seriously, therefore we create an effective mechanism for receiving and processing of clients’ complaints. Each complaint is fully investigated and resolved in a timely manner and without bias.
