Interest rate:

• до 500 000 сом процентная ставка: 29% – 30% per annum
• For loans from 501,000 to 1, 000,000 soms: 28% – 29% per annum
• For loans from 1, 001,000 to 2, 000,000 soms: 27% – 28% per annum
• For loans from 2, 001,000 to 3, 000,000 soms: 26% – 27% per annum

Loan servicing fees:

• O.5% of the loan amount

Documents required to get a loan:

• Passport of the borrower, guarantor and pledger
• ocuments confirming the income of the borrower and guarantors, depending on the source of loan repayment – Patent, Individual Entrepreneur Certificate
• Certificate from the aiyl okmotu on the availability of livestock and land share
• Certificate of salary of the borrower for the last 6 months (if available)
• Certificate from the place of residence indicating the composition of the family of the borrower / mortgagor
• Legal documents for real estate
• Extract from the state register for real estate
• Consent of the spouse of the borrower/mortgagor
